Why can't I see chat messages that I was able to before?

If you have lost your chat messages, it is highly possible that one of these things happened : 

1. Your internet was unstable and you lost connection for a while 
   • To avoid this scenarios, make sure you have a stable internet. You can always see future messages that are coming in.
2. You accidentally left the Live Class by hitting the 'Back' button in the top left corner on iOS (shown in the photograph below) or hit the 'Back' button on Android, and then clicked on the Live Class details to rejoin
   
   • To avoid this scenario, make sure you are on the Live Class video at all times
