I did not receive an order confirmation. How do I get one?

When you place an order at our website (cubii.com or cubii.ca), you will receive an automatic email notification to confirm your order. If you ordered over the phone and provided a valid email address, your order confirmation email should arrive by the end of business day. Please be sure to check your Junk and Spam folders, as our automated messages can get directed there sometimes. 

If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your order status by going to orders.cubii.com. If you still cannot locate your order, please submit a support ticket here, or reach out via Chat or by calling 844-282-4401.
