To start, simply place your feet on the pedals and start moving! We suggest starting with brief intervals on a low resistance level so that you can get comfortable. Then, you can gradually increase resistance and duration as you build strength. We recommend sitting in a chair that allows your back to be upright at a 90 degree angle to your legs. As you continue to use the Cubii, you may find that your strength and endurance will increase, making it easier to pedal longer and at higher resistance levels.
Please listen to your body and allow yourself to increase time and resistance very gradually, so that your muscles can build strength and adjust to the elliptical workout.
